Owning the perfect pool is a joy, but maintaining it is quite the opposite.
With over two decades of experience in pool and spa installation and maintenance throughout Johnson and Ellis counties, we have assembled a team of clear water experts ready to take the work out of your pool care. By leaving the cleaning, chemical handling, water quality and equipment inspections to the dedicated men and women of Clear, all that's left for you to do is sit back and relax or go for a swim.
Weekly Pool and Spa Care

For an average backyard residential pool, the no contract monthly price is $200. If your pool includes a deep end or includes a spa, the average price begins at $225. Larger pool (101'<) prices are based on pool volume, required additional service and/or products. Stand-alone 4-8 person hot tubs average $200 per mo.

Service includes: 
  • 48 visits a year on same weekday within same time block each week
  • Net debris from the top, and from the bottom toys, goggles and more. 
  • Brush steps, walls, floor and tile line
  • Vacuum silt, sand, leaves, and debris from pool
  • Empty skimmer and pump baskets
  • Empty the pool cleaner bag or canister
  • Test and adjust water quality: total chlorine, free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and cyanuric acid
  • Backwash the filter as needed
  • Check pool equipment for proper operation
  • Organize the pool area and blow debris and leaves off decks and pool surfaces
  • Email detailed service and finding report after each visit

Bi-Annual Filter Cartridge Cleaning for standard single filter pools is $50 per cleaning, and new filter exchange is $25 plus new filter cost if not provided. Salt Cell  (Chlorine Generator) cleaning $15

Chemical-Only Weekly Pool Care

For an average residential pool, the “chemical-only care” cost is $185. Larger (101'<) or deep pools may have a slightly higher cost. For a stand-alone 4-8 person hot tub, the price is $135 per mo.

Chemical-only service provides:
  • 48 visits a year on same weekday within same time block each week
  • Test and adjust water parameters, including total chlorine, free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, hardness (calcium), and cyanuric acid
  • Empty the skimmer and pump basket
  • Empty the pool cleaner bag or canister
  • Check pool equipment for proper operation
  • Email detailed service and finding reports after each visit
Please note that the following specialty products may occasionally be required for  some difficult pools and are not included in the weekly care pricing:
  • Algaecides
  • Phosphate removers
  • Clarifiers & Conditioners
